Dep. Min.: First phase of Investment Map will be unveiled soon


The Deputy Minister and Head of Organization for Investment Economic and Technical Assistance of Iran said in the third coordination meeting of Investment Map: The first phase of the Investment Map will be unveiled by the Ten-day dawn festivities or Fajr decade (from 1 to 11 February) and will be developed in the next phases.
According to Shada, the third nationwide coordination meeting for the creation of an investment atlas was held with the in-person participation of the Iran's Mapping Organization and the online participation of governorates, general departments of economic and financial affairs, management and planning organizations, and other relevant executive bodies in 31 provinces of the country. Ali Fekri, Deputy Minister and Head of the Organization for Investment Economic and Technical Assistance of Iran, during his speech in this meeting, emphasizing the importance of directing investment in the country, said: Attracting investment is one of the president's priorities, as he highlighted in a meeting held in the Ministry of Economy. Stating that there are many challenges in foreign investment, he added: Investment Maps are one of the most important tools created to guide investors to the best place to implement their plan, and also help the country's decision-makers based on existing objective facts. The Deputy Minister of Economy said: "It has been time that the Investment Maps was kicked off, and there have been expectations, and with the emphasis of the Minister of Economy, we are looking for a tangible result, which will be unveiled by the Ten-day dawn, and the first phase of it will be unveiled and will be developed in the next phases." In the end, Fekri stated that all the provinces have connected with this project and the guidance of the investor will reach the desired point. He expressed hope that the efforts will be successful with the management of the Organization for Investment Economic and Technical Assistance and the cooperation of all related institutions.
